Responsibilities:

• Excellent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager in the Raleigh, NC area.
• On-Site @ Raleigh, North Carolina (Possible Hybrid at the discretion of the company management team)
• Incumbent must meet the company Covid Vaccination Requirements prior to starting the role
• Provides direction and coordination to professional and clerical staff within the department and cross-functionally.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate review and posting of month end close and accounting transactions; P&L and balance sheet account analysis, review, reconciliation & resolution; and financial analysis.
• Oversees full cycle Order to Cash function
• Ensures financial records are in compliance with GAAP.
• Consistently maintains appropriate internal controls and upholds company policies & procedures including Worldwide Controller's manual.
• Interacts successfully with internal and external auditors and supports quarter end, interim and year-end audits by providing timely & accurate data and communication.
• Evaluates processes and recommends & implements process improvements.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-6:00PM - (Hybrid)

• 8+ years of relevant experience and BA or BS Degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Preferred educational level and discipline in Finance; MBA is preferred/CPA qualification is preferred/CMA qualification is preferred

• Requires in-depth knowledge of general accounting policies and procedures and GAAP.
• In-depth knowledge of local statutory and tax reporting requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle and SAP or equivalent is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, and Word) required.
• Proficient in all aspects of accounting and finance.
• Ability to successfully manage the work of financial personnel and interact effectively with non-financial personnel.
• Strong presentation skills are required.
• Significant experience in a multi-currency environment is required.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven and multi-tasking environment.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals industry a plus.
• Experience in multi-national organization a plus.
