Recruiter Position

This is a remote position. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment which includes sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for interim and permanent positions. A successful Recruiter at ModusLights Technologies, is responsible for providing quality candidates for our clients and serving as a job coach. Our goal is to meet the human capital demands of our clients by matching top level talent to their organizations.

Essential Functions:

• Uses recruiting tools such as Zoho Recruit (ATS), LinkedIn and job boards to research and source qualified candidates for job opportunities with our clients
• Outreach to potential candidates to pitch open roles with our clients
• Conducts initial phone interview and virtual office visit with candidate
• Creates candidate pitch for submittal to client
• Partners with Account Manager to ensure candidate submittals are in line with client's expectations
• Attends daily team meetings to prioritize open roles and review candidate pool
• Guide candidate through full cycle of recruitment process from initial outreach through onboarding
• Provides advice on personnel issues such as handling complaints and terminating employees on behalf of the client
• Deliver exceptional service; remain engaged with all candidates to build a professional network that result in further business opportunities

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment desired
• Prior experience as a recruiter preferred
